Job Description and Average Wage
Assistant Store Manager: In this position, you will supervise the vending and service culture of the store. You will commune with the buying organization to exploit merchandise assortments. You will also cultivate and sustain customer relations. You must understand and retain sales as well as profit performance.
Expected salary for this position is $25,000 to $40,000 a year.
Marketing Manager: A Marketing Manager supervises external sources to plan and buy all corporate advertising. Marketing Manager manages all insertion orders and vendor contracts. He/she partners with mall marketing groups to create plans and programs to drive traffic. The Marketing Manager will administer all newspaper advertising as well as coordination of creative/​style selection. This works on ad-hoc ventures to support department.
The yearly average pay for this position is around $65,000-$93,000.
Store Manager: Daily duties include managing the vending and service culture of the store. This corresponds with the buying organization to maximize merchandise assortments. This develops and supervises sales associates in a commission-based atmosphere.
Starting annual income in this position is from $34,000 to $58,000.
Project Manager: The Project Manager works together directly with the visual and merchandising teams, the corporate architect, construction, also outside consultants.
