It was in the early 70’s, when the shirt products of Crazy Shirts became available by mail order and offered shipping from Hawaii via airmail. Job Description/Salary Ranges

Store Manager:     The store manager supervises the whole performance of the store outlet. He/She is responsible in attaining sales targets and increasing profits, dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints, as well as health and safety and security issues. He/She is tasked in staff management, such as recruiting, supervising departmental managers and organizing training.  The expected annual salary is $35K to $38K.

Visual Merchandising Assistant: This position is tasked to develop and create designs, implement, and install window displays as scheduled; install and replace fixtures, props, other items as scheduled; design graphic displays and signage utilizing Photoshop and Illustrator with Power Mac G4; utilize basic VM tools (drill gun, hot glue gun, exacto and mat knife with straight edge, staple gun, etc.) Power Tools and machinery a plus assist other staff members; meet daily deadlines set by department manager and other department staff. The annual slary ranges $25K to $35K

Purchasing Manager: The person assigned in this position is maintaining gross margin and monthly open to buy; updating projections, goals, and other merchandising information; coordinating changes, markdowns in prices and related merchandise price functions; preparing statistical data, re-caps and reports. The annual salary is expectedly within the range of $50K to $60K.
