Job Description/Wage Ranges

Sales Representative:   This position is responsible for generating sales and sales leads for the company by using multiple channels like networking, internet and calling prospect buyers. He/She will be making presentations to high level decision makers. Specifically, he will Work with the full management team to establish a sales budget, strategies and tactical sales plans by Product line, customer, and market; engage Victory accounting staff to obtain appropriate credit documentation to establish new customer accounts or resolve existing customer disputes; maintain high level of industry knowledge and remain up-to-date on new product development and related industry issues; inform customers about market conditions, pricing issues and current competitive benefits. The annual salary is $45K to $66K.

Operations Manager: He/She oversees all aspects of the warehouse.    Basically he is tasked to plan, organize and monitor the receiving, storage, and distribution of all product received either from suppliers or production; supervises all warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management. His annual salary ranges $60K to $65K.

Commercial Truck Driver: This position for Victory Packaging includes driving a company owned vehicle to deliver our product to our customers. Drivers will primarily make daily deliveries in our local area, covering distances of less than 50 miles between customer locations. Basically, the tasks are to perform required maintenance of vehicle; maintain required reports, including maintenance and time records; provide excellent customer service; follow all safety rules for equipment and material; inspect all materials received for order accuracy and quality; communicate effectively with operations staff about customer concerns and inventory issues; assist with loading material onto truck.
