Franklin Building Supply, also known as FBS, is the leading dealer of building products in the state of Idaho. The company offers residential and commercial building supplies and service to professional builders in the state of Idaho than any other company. It prides to have broad range of products from framing lumber to windows to kitchen and garage cabinets to floor coverings, granite countertops and lighting. This makes FBS to be Idaho’s only one-stop shop materials supplier.

Job Description/Wage Ranges

Sales: This position works to generate sales and sales leads for the company and also strives to attain sales and profit goals. Basically, he has to contact with the customers through phone or email; determine potential customers and their needs; give clients with sales quotations; attend events like trade fairs to represent the company; arrange things like prices, delivery etc with the company’s managers; monitor and keep sales information and file them in the sales office.   With potential customers, you’re going to help them with their order as well as make sure that they are happy with their overall experience with the company.   The annual salary is $42K to $59K.

Manager:    The manager is tasked to maintain smooth and efficient operations of the business. He/She takes responsibilities for all aspects of a company’s operation; manage the recruitment and training of new personnel; ensure that company services are completed and addressed in a timely fashion. These services relate to daily paperwork and payroll matters and the reports must be checked and verified for accuracy; implement the company’s policies and procedures. His annual salary ranges  $39K to $41K.
