Job Description/Wage Averages

Manager: The person assigned in this position must possess the ability to complete work accurately in accordance with company standards and policies. He/She is responsible for selling ideas to others through persuasive communication skills, training and teaching and motivating a team and to oversee the overall activities of the store.

Piano and Keyboard Salesperson: He/she is a salesperson to represent the finest Acoustic and Digital Pianos to our customers.   You’re going to assist with answering questions, setting up orders as well as making sure that they are happy with their experience.   You will also assist with processing orders and setting up delivery for any instruments that have to be delivered to a home.

Lead Sales and Merchandising: This person must have playing or teaching experience. He/She is to assist in the selection of Orchestra instrument brands, models and accessories; network in the Orchestra instrument community to acquire referral business from pros and college level instructors; schedule, with the Store Manager, regular in-store promotional events; conduct semi-annual Advisor meetings with top educators and pros for feedback and partnerships; he must have sales skills to set personal appointments to counsel customers on product selection.

Sales Associate: This person deals with parents and children in talking about music. He/she is to work in generating sales and responding to customer inquiries.   Working closely with management, you’ll assist customers with their order as well as make sure that the store is kept clean.
