Original Roadhouse serves Bison Steaks, Ribs, Meatloaf and Burgers. Bison is a flavorful, healthy choice that’s higher in nutrients and lower in fat, Bourbon Tri-Tip, a hearty steak marinated in our bourbon glaze and slow roasted overnight to tender perfection. Roadhouse Grill saloon offers its own share of special roadhouse-themed beverages with locally crafted beers and drinks served in mason jars with names like Bootlegger Tea, Luckenbach Lemonade, Roadhouse Golden Rita and Pomegranate Mojito. Original Roadhouse Grill is for family dining catering too for both large and small families.

Job Description/Salary Averages

Restaurant Managers: The restaurant managers will manage, plan, and direct all restaurant activities; he will also be hiring and training employees; and to make sure that all activities in the restaurant are done according to standards and are geared towards the attainment of the company’s goals. The annual salary is $33k to $35k.

Cashier: This position is responsible in receiving the customers’ payment for the orders they have. The payment may be in the form of cash or through credit cards; he is also responsible in attending to the customer’s needs and may also answer customer inquiries.   You’ll ensure that they were happy with their experience as well as assist them with any problems that they may have.   The average wage for this position can start at $8+ per hour.

Cook: This person prepares the dishes of the restaurant according to the company specifications as well as based on the customer’s order. Specifically, he ensures that food preparation and serving areas are safe and sanitized; ensure even cooking, cook foods according to recipes, see to it that foods are cooked sufficiently, according to regular cooking temperatures, estimate food consumptions and other duties and responsibilities assigned to him.     The average wage for this position can start at $8+ per hour.
