Chicken Express is owned by Stuart Group Inc., a Texas corporation. It was formed by Richard and Nancy Stuart along with their son, Richard Stuart, II (Richard Stuart, III is in training).

Job Description/Wage Averages

Chicken Express Team Member: This person is working in preparing the tasty chicken of the Chicken Express. He/She is to respond to customer inquiries and needs as well according to company standards and customer preferences.   You’re going to also make sure that the operations are being ran according to company policy.   This is an hourly position with an average hourly rate of $8.

Cashier: This position takes charge of the payment for the products of the company. He/She is also responsible in entertaining guests and customers in the restaurant and will also help in attending the needs of the customers who are going in and out the restaurant.   The average wage for this position starts at $8 to $9 per hour.

Restaurant General Manager: The general manager manages the entire chicken express operation. He/She makes sure that the employees are working according to the standards of the company and the products are served to its customers according to the type of quality that has been established ever since.  He/She will also plan and organize the restaurant’s activities; hire and train employees and direct them towards the attainment of goals. The annual salary for this position ranges $54K to $56K.

Server: This position is responsible for serving the guests’ and customers’ orders in accordance to company goals and standards. He/She is to entertain and attend to customer inquiries.
