Job Description/Wage Averages
Cashier: The cashier prepares bills of the customers and will receive payments from the products and services that the customers have availed. He/She must help in ensuring quality service to every guest. He/She expects to receive an hourly rate of $11.
Assistant Manager: This position is basically expected to assist the managers in supervising the overall restaurant operations. He/She must ensure that everyone is working for the attainment of the company’s goals. He/She will train employees and must help in attending to the needs of the guests. He/She will be receiving an average annual salary of $34K to $45K.
Packing In-charge: This person assists in the counter area and in the kitchen as well. He/She sees to it that products are package accordingly and based on standards and customer preferences; must also ensure that product packaging is safe.
Busser: The busser must ensure that the dining area is safe and clean by arranging or organizing it accordingly.
Kitchen Helper: This person assists the cook in preparing materials or equipment in the kitchen area. He/She must to make sure that the kitchen is safe and properly maintain and must coordinate with the kitchen manager for some errands.
