Job Description / Average Wage

Sales Associate: Your duties will include running the cash register, where you will process returns, as well as make sure that the customer is happy with their purchase.   You will help stock clothing, fold it, as well as make sure that the store remains clean.   If any problems do persist, you will get help with management.   The average wage is $7 to $8 a hour.

Cashier: The cashier is going to work the front of the store.   You’re going to take returns, ring up customers, as well as ensure that they are happy with their order.   You’re also going to ensure that the front of the store remains clean, as well as help assist other associates with their job duties in your downtime.   This position is going to pay anywhere from $7 to $10 a hour.

Keyholder / Assistant Manager: You will be responsible for running the store, when upper management isn’t present.   You will assign tasks, as well as help open, and close the store.   You will do many of the same tasks that the associates perform, and more.       The keyholder is going to be in charge with assisting of opening and closing the store when deemed necessary, as well as performing many other mangerial duties.   The average wage is anywhere from $8 to $11 a hour.

Store Manager: You will run the store, where you will be in charge of everything from hiring your employees, to maintaining payroll, and inventory.   You will also be in charge of making sure that the entire store is running to the company’s standards.   If any problems to persist, you will have to reference to corporate.   The average wage is $33,000+ a year.
