Job Description/Wage Averages

Sales Associate: This position must ensure an enjoyable shopping experience of customers. The Sales Associates must be outgoing, customer service oriented, retail professionals who are an important part of a dynamic fashion forward company. They are also engaged in activities that will lead the company to success and these include selling, customer service, human resources, training, visual merchandising and loss prevention. The hourly rate is int he average of $8 to $9.

Cashier: The cashier receives the payment of the customers whether in cash or through non-cash payment. He/She will also ensure customer satisfaction and should be knowledgeable about prices and promotional activities of the company.   The average wage for this position can start at $8 per hour.

Supervisor:   As a supervisor, you’re going to be in charge of managing the store when the main manager isn’t present.   You’re going to assist the associates with any duties that they need help with, and you’ll also help open, close and keep the store running according to corporate standards.   The average wage can start at $11 per hour.

Manager: The manager has the duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to the following: driving sales and achieve personal and store goals; supporting the training and development of Sales Associates in a fast paced, team oriented environment; ensuring Visual Presentation meets company standards; Protecting Company assets; Providing Great Customer Service ensuring customer satisfaction; performing operational responsibilities. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task, motivate and lead a sales team; demonstrate a high level of energy and initiative and must have a retail management experience of 2 years or more. The annual salary ranges 438k to $41k.
