The founding of Pita Pit folded in an idea that people is always on the go in finding alternatives to lifestyle such as of fast food restaurants. Individuals is always on the venture of a place where tasty foods is, though that’s the case, mostly people tends to go for healthy, fresh and fast to prepare foods. The making of Pita Pits is through the concept of consciousness to healthy foods as many of us is trying to become, that is why we ditched all the heavy breads, buns and along with foods of high carbohydrates content as well as fatty foods. This is to help consumers achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Pita Pit came up to make a signature dish of its own creation of special, light and tasty Lebanese-style pitas. We assures to fill every pitas with only good contents of Leaner, savory meats that is grilled in perfection, unparalleled flavorful cheeses. It will also come with fresh and crisp vegetables as well as exotic toppings and filled with our own mouth-craving signature sauces. Surely  our pitas were made to have a special fold to be certain that all the tasty flavors will come united and rolled into one.

Job Description

The Pita Pit Team Member:   This position should be filled by a person who has knowledge in operating all necessary equipments of the restaurant. This person should do taking charge in stocking ingredients by taking them from delivery area to putting them in proper storage and made them available in the work area. He is as well responsible in the preparation of the product, receive and process telephone base orders, make an inventory of what is done associated with paperwork. In addition, he must be responsible in cleaning the equipments and cooking facilities in daily basis.

The Pita Pit Driver:   We are looking for individuals to be part of the team as drivers and Pita Pit Crew members to be on duty for our late night and lunch shifts.   Pita Pit is in service from 7am to 4am everyday and we are in   seek of work-oriented, customer-friendly individuals with positive insights to work in such a place with fast paced environment. We are particular to find individuals that are willing and carry night duties.

The Pita Pit Assistant Manager: This person will fill in the position of the General Manager if necessary and the primary assistant of the General Manager in maintaining quality, outstanding guest services. He is as well to help in ensuring to maximize sales and profits of the company through assessing the Genera Manager in marketing, expense control, inventory, managing operating cost and human resource management. His role should always to report in the General or Area Manger he is under.

The Pita Pit Shift Leader:   The Shift leader is to function as Manager in an identified shift if the Manager is out. He will primarily be the team leader   in utilizing   his colleagues   on work schedules,   guest services marketing and sales, inventory and controlling cost   This person should always reports and comply either on the Assistant Or General Manager, he must take responsible in all restaurant activities in the absence of the mentioned officers
