Job Description/Wage Averages

Sales Manager: As the sales manager, you are taking charge for sales generation of the company. You should be skillful in motivating associates to excel by providing the tools they need to get there – the guidance, training and inspirational leadership that will drive their need to succeed. You’ll be adept at providing the development opportunities your associates need to be able to take their careers to the next level of leadership as well. You should be building relationships within the community by developing or participating in activities that introduce them to the exceptional products and services we offer. Your annual salary ranges $32K to $75K.

Service Technician: You should be someone who must have knowledge and expertise to help the customers with their technical needs, you should have the capacity for listening closely to the customers – in addition to offering solutions and education on the offered products and services. In addition to your technical abilities, you should be adept at providing compassionate guidance in all situations, especially in situations where the person you are helping is frustrated or anxious about a solution.

Retail Wireless Consultant: You must have extensive knowledge about the products and services that’ll best serve those needs of the customers. You should quickly discover that the solutions you offer do more than just strengthen your relationship with your customer. They become the driving force behind our customers’ excitement in recommending us to family and friends. The hourly rate for the position is $10 to $12.

Cashier Greeter: Your tasks include directing the customer to the Retail Wireless Consultant to help them find the right phone plan; answering questions about accessories or simply helping them feel valued while they wait; listening to their needs will go a long way to driving business results for the company. You should also ensure satisfying customer experience. Your hourly rate is $11 to $12.

Customer Service Representative: You will take charge of resolving the customers’ issues in one call. Your strong communication skills give you the ability to listen and create deep connections with our customers. Retrieving and documenting customer information while listening intently to your customers demonstrates your ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. You should serve the customers in a way that contributes to the company offering a superior wireless experience at every opportunity. You will receive an hourly rate of $10 to $18.
