Job Description / Average Wage
Designer: The Sweater Designer will be responsible for all features of development related to arrow and van heusen sweaters, including but not restricted to examine and design approvals and follow up, fittings, CAD and Web PDM. Candidate will also help in the development related to Izod and Timberland sweaters including tech packs and CAD; work directly with the design director and other team members to generate and design seasonal product; create tendency right and salable product to constrain sweater sales. Develop seasonal color palettes and trend boards; create sketches through Illustrator for PDM packages. Create CAD using U4ia for presentation boards. He/She works with assistant designer to build up designs and style packages and to input initial designs into Web PDM and follow up on all design features of product including color, fabric, trim, and sales samples. The maximum average payout for a customer service is $85,000 a year.
Human Resources Coordinator: The Human Resource Coordinator provides a high level of check to the PVH field merchandising associates inside PVH heritage and collections division. The HR coordinator is accountable for and will be the initial contact for all directorial changes within the PVH field merchandising division.
