Job Description/Average Wage

Team Member: You’re going to work the main floor where you’re going to make sure that the whole floor is working according to plan.   You’re going to assist with items such as running the cash register, cleaning the area, stocking, as well as helping customers with any questions or concerns that they may have.   The average wage is $7 to $10 a hour.

Manager in Training: The Manager in Training part is an entry level management position. The basic function is to study all features of how the store works in preparation for a manager role. The training program is outlined in four key areas; sales, operations, distribution and assistant manager. The average yearly salary for a Manager in Training is around $45,600.

Operations Lead: The basic role of the Operations Lead is to guarantee the merchandise is received correctly into the store and flows competently to the sales floor. The following duties and responsibilities are essential in the daily execution of the position:

• Check in transport trucks and ship out product.
• Check in trucks and confirming any variances with management.
• Conducts every day spot check or else cycle counts.
