History of the company: Find out what the company is all about.  Find out when the company was founded, who the founder is and what they stand for.  This will give you a rather good vibe on what the company is all about, as well as the atmosphere when working here.

The positions available: Each and every company is going to have different positions, as well as wages available.  It’s always best to know about what you’re going to get paid, as well as what kind of job openings that are available.  Larger companies are going to have hundreds of job descriptions, while smaller companies may only have a handful.
