Sam’s Club Manager Salary

Sam’s Club, like Costco is a major warehouse club offering customers a chance to shop at wholesale prices.   Members will have to purchase a membership on a yearly basis to get into the store, in order to shop.

Store Manager

  • Profit Sharing: Sam’s Club does profit sharing with just about the whole management team.   On average, managers report that they receive around $1,000 to $5,000 a year, on top of their annual salary.
  • Stock Options: Stock options are rare for assistants, but they do happen.   Your options are generally around $200 a year.

Other Manager Positions

  • Team Leader:   $10 to $20 a hour
  • Checkout Supervisor Manager:   $9 to $16 a hour
  • Asset Manager:   $28,000 to $45,000 a year
