Job Description/Wage Averages
Center Manager: The Center Manager must establish and maintain excellent customer service with every existing and potential customer. Work involves but is not limited to: overseeing operation of the center, ensuring maximized sales and profitability, center security and safety, inventory control, meeting monthly and yearly Contribution To Plan (CTP) goals, and expense control. This position reports directly to a District Manager. He/She is entitled to an annual salary ranging from $23K to $32K.
Service Associate: The Service Associate provides excellent customer service to individuals needing ACE’s financial services. Work involves but is not limited to: check cashing, balancing monies, reporting daily transactions, following security procedures, and performing other financial services duties. This job reports to a District Manager. The annual salary ranges $31k to $32k.
Sales Associate: This person is in charge of generating sales for the company; dealing with buyers and to help the buyer find the services they need in the company. You’re going to greet customers, help them with their loans as well as make sure that the necessary paperwork is filled out appropriately. If any problems arise, it will be your sole responsibility to contact the main manager on duty to resolve the problem. The hourly rate is within the range of $8 to $9.
Store Manager: This person is in charge of overseeing the entire operation of the store; hire and train employees and man the activities in the store to make sure they are according to the company goals, procedures and policies; must have to maintain customer relationships, attend to complains and to ensure customer satisfaction. You’re going to also assist with opening up the store as well as attend meetings, file paperwork and more. The annual salary is $24k to $34k.
