Job Description / Average Wage

Sales Representative: As a sales representative, you will help customers sign up for services, as well as inform / educate them on what the product is all about.   Your goal in the end is to get the customer to sign up for the monthly service.   You may also be asked to cold call other potential clients to get them to sign up.   They report to make $8+ a hour.

Territory Sales:   As a territory sales rep, you’re going to set out and find candidates that need to sign up for an alarm system.   You can either go door to door pushing sales or you can even follow up with those that want more information on the service.   If anyone wants to sign up for the service, you’re going to set them up with an appointment as well as make sure that everything goes according to plan after the sales has been completed.   This position generally works on commission and can start at $9 per hour on average.

Alarm Tech:   As an alarm tech, you’re going to set out and install alarms in any home that has signed up for the service.   You’ll also be responsible for making sure that the alarms are working properly with any previous customers.   If problems do arise, you’re going to do your best to go to the home and fix the problem.   The average wage can start at $12 per hour.

Customer Service Rep: Working with the customer service team, you’re going to help current customers with any issues that they may have.   You will help them with problems, regarding their security equipment, as well as calling out techs, when the time is needed.   The average wage is $8+ a hour.
