Job Description/Wage Averages

Food and Beverage Attendant: They take customer orders, ensure tables are clear and carry dishes to kitchen areas. cleaning up spillages, running cash registers and setting up tables with new cutlery. This position is for people who have enough knowledge about food and beverages services. The hourly rate is between $7 to $9, plus tips.

General Manager: The general manager oversees the entire operation of the bowling center; hire and train employees, and must see to it that everyone performs the job according to the company’s policies and procedures. Attends to customer complaints and must ensure that the clients are given high quality services. The annual salary ranges $48k to $65k.

Assistant Manager: The Assistant manager works hand in hand with the manager. He/She relieves the tasks of the manager in the latter’s absence. He/She ensures that the company’s goals and policies and procedures are followed by everyone.  The annual salary ranges $28k to $35k.

Front Desk: This position welcomes the guests and directs them to the proper area in the bowling center. He/She will also answer inquiries whether this is in person or through the phone.     You’re going to set up guests with their bowling lane as well as set them up with their shoes if they need one.   You’re going to also assist with ensuring that the bowling alley is running according to company standard. The hourly rate is within $8 to $10.

Shift Leader: The shift leader is responsible in leading the restaurant operations during a shift assigned to him; he must ensure that everyone follows the guidelines, policies and procedures of the company.   The Shift Managers are also responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, training and developing team members, and managing inventory, labor and cash. The hourly rate ranges $10 to $12.
