Job Description and Average Wage

Sales Team Lead: The Sales Team Lead is accountable for supervising the store sales team on their shifts and maximizing the prospective of the store in terms of customer service and sales, as well as helping in managing classes and special events. The job will give exceptional customer service while maximizing sales. He/she inspire staff to repeatedly drive sales and offer excellent customer service. This also makes sure staff members are following policies and procedures.

The average pay is $10 per hour.

Creative Coordinator: The Creative Coordinator is accountable for overall coordination, communication and organization of produced samples that are utilized to showcase creative ideas for their customers and for advertising and marketing purposes. The Coordinator will also concept and make samples as needed. This person will tactically be involved in developing original samples that are not only on trend for the industry, but will center on driving sales in the stores. This will create all product and idea samples to motivate customers, maximize sales as well as to meet company needs.

The position’s average salary is $48,000 to $52,000 a year.

Customer Service Associate: The Customer Service Associates at Archiver’s plays one of the most significant roles at the company, as they are the initial point of contact with their customers.  Associates give service to their customers, vend products and classes, teach classes and give creative ideas to their customers. This also provides exceptional customer service while maximizing sales.

The hourly salary is from $8-$14.

Receiver: The Receiver is accountable for efficiently supervising the inventory/receiving department of the store, which includes receiving all merchandise into the store, verifying it into the POS system and making sure the store is stocked.  The Receiver is also accountable for customer service and general store operations. Eligible candidates must have previous retail experience, tough computer/data entry skills as well as a creative background in scrapbooking, card making or paper crafting.

The average salary for this job is $11-$14 per hour.

Sales Manager: A Sales Manager plans the implementation of marketing directives and strategies meant to aid the sales force attain the required sales quota. He/she helps the customer service officers in sustaining close customer contact and other customer building programs they may execute on the sales floor. This gives incentives for sales floor staff to guarantee compliance with corporate performance standards as well as the maximum behavior in ethical salesmanship.

The annual salary for a Sales Manager is $42,000-$45,000.
