General Manager: The General Manager is responsible for the general operation and performance of the facility including meeting or exceeding economic goals, hiring, and developing as well as managing staff members. The General Manager will preserve Bally Total Fitness policies, methods, and standards to guarantee all employees, members, and visitors have a secure and optimistic experience. Must have a high school diploma or else equivalent, a degree in business otherwise a fitness connected field is preferred.
