History of Bellacinos Pizza and Grinders

Bellacino’s Pizza and Grinders began formulating a plan to franchise a pizza & grinder restaurant business. The first Bellacino’s Pizza & Grinders restaurant officially opened in June of ’98. At present, all Bellacino’s restaurants are franchisee-owned and they are expanding rapidly. Bellacino’s Pizza and Grinders prides to offer the freshly baked Italian rolls with generous amounts of meats and cheeses and were then baked and garnished with lettuce and tomato;   supersized sandwiches and other high quality foods.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Baker: A baker is responsible for baking breads, pastries, and other baked goods. He/She has to perform production duties which include measuring and mixing ingredients into dough according to a recipe.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.

General Manager: This person takes charge of the entire operations of the restaurant. He/She is involved in planning for the restaurant activities; make sure that the staff are working in accordance to the goals and standards of the company; hire and train the staff and discharge them to the appropriate positions; he must possess strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude.   The average wage for this position starts at $12+ per hour.

Cashier: This position is responsible for screening and directing incoming phone calls, as well as handling to-go and pick-up food orders. Most importantly, the cashier helps the servers in the processing of bills-of-sale and credit card transactions and to manage the money from payments of the customers. The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.

Chef: This person will prepare and cook food in a fast food restaurant; he has to prepare the foods to be served according to customer preferences and company standards. He/She must also ensure that the area where he prepares the food is maintained with cleanliness.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.
