Cook: The candidate for this position is going to arrange, seasons, and cooks soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs for utilization in restaurant and banquets by performing the following duties.
- Adjusts thermostat powers to control temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles.
- Measures and combines ingredients dealing to recipe to arrange soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces, and casseroles.
- Bakes, roasts, broils, and steams meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
- Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking.

Server: Serves food and beverages to clients in dining establishment through performing the following duties.
- Presents menu, answers questions, and suggestively advertises food and service.
- Writes order on check or remembers it.
- Relays order to kitchen and runs food out to customers to make sure it is timely, hot and properly prepared.
- Garnishes and beautifies dishes preparatory to serving.
- Cards all patrons that show to be under the legal drinking age and declines to serve alcohol to minors.
- Uses good judgment in not serving alcohol to intoxicated clients.

Cashier: The cashiers take the customers ticket and charge them for their dinner order. They will take cash or credit card.
