Job Description and Average Wage

Human Resource Generalist: This position will be accountable for the administration, delivery, communication and successful application of existing and future human resources programs including worker relations, total compensation, recruiting, health, welfare and retirement programs and other HR initiatives and programs. This colleague with the HR Director and HR team to give consultative support and guidance in areas such as performance management, coaching, worker benefit plans, development and other HR initiatives and activities. The position will supervise recruiting efforts including sourcing of eligible applicants, screening applicants, conducting interviews, background and reference checks and facilitating on-boarding as well as latest hire orientation procedures.

Candidate for this position can expect to have an annual salary of $49,000–$57,000.

Marketing Coordinator: The Marketing Coordinator main responsibilities will be to help support Blue Nile’s email marketing, affiliate and partner programs. This works directly with Email Marketing Manager to implement email campaigns.   The position will scrutinize and report on marketing program performance.
