History of Bonefish Grill

Founded back in 2000, the Bonefish Grill’s headquarters can be found in Tampa Bay, Florida.   With over 100 locations throughout the United States today, they are known for their “bang bang shrimp” appetizer.   Part of the OSI Restaurant company, the grill mainly focuses on seafood based entrees, and appetizers.

Job Description / Average Wage

Server / Waitress: As a server, or waitress, you will assist your customer at the table.   You will take food orders, as well as drink orders.     You will bring the food to the table, as well as make sure that they are satisfied with their meal.   You will also make sure that your refill drink orders, and more.     Your average wage will be around $2 to $5 a hour, plus tips.

Cook / Kitchen Staff: As a cook, you will help prep the kitchen, open, as well as close the kitchen down.   You will cook all food according to the company recipe, as well as ensure that all food going out is cooked to the customer’s wants and needs.   The average wage for a cook is around $9 to $12 a hour.
