Design Engineer: This engineer creates detailed and precise plans for various structures, systems or equipments. This person takes part in the design team that includes several other engineers and professionals responsible in coming up with design for various plans and projects. A principal scientist and his/her team will be dealing with innovative designs and applications as well as traditional methods of research for them to perform their duties. Test Engineer: This engineer conducts a series of tests and experiments that will determine the efficiency, durability and effectivity of a product. This engineer is also concern with quality assurance   that is very important in creating, developing and manufacturing a product. One must possess an eye for detail to be able to see and anticipate errors as well as to assure that products will meet the necessary specifications.
