Buca di Beppo is an American restaurant chain that specializes in Southern Italian food. The first restaurant opened in 1993 at the basement level of an apartment building located in Minneapolis. The company now has 83 restaurants which is under the management of Planet Hollywood.

Buca di Beppo’s manager has several responsibilities in the overall operation of the restaurants. They look after the restaurant before it opens and closes.
