Burger King Manager Salary

If you eat fast food, there’s a good chance that you have ate a Burger King.   Chances are that if you want a management position in fast food, you will find that your local Burger King is always hiring managers to work for them.

If you want to get a job at your local Burger King as either a main, or assistant manager, you will find that there are many opportunities.   Listed below are some numbers on what you will be potentially paid, as a leader in this corporation.

Restaurant Store Manager

  • Salary: As a store manager, you will be paid on a salary basis.   Depending on your experience, you can expect to receive anything from $28,000 to as much as $52,000 a year.
  • Bonuses: Bonuses are given out to main managers, and will vary depending on which store that you work with.   Your bonus can range from $100 to as much as $15,000 on top of your pay annually.
  • Profit Sharing: Burger King generally doesn’t deal with profit sharing.
  • Stock Options: While the company is on the NYSE, you will find that they don’t offer bonuses, in forms of stock options.

Assistant Manager

  • Salary: Most of the assistant managers that work here are paid on a hourly basis.   The average manager is paid around $9 to as much as $13 a hour.
  • Bonuses: Bonuses are paid to assistants, but the pay is rather minimal.   An assistant here can get bonuses of $200 to $1,000 a year.
  • Profit Sharing: Profit sharing isn’t available for any type of management position here.
  • Stock Options: Stock options are available, if you purchase them yourself.   They aren’t provided to those that work here as bonuses.

Other Manager Positions

  • Shift Manager:   $8 to $11 a hour
