Restaurant Store Manager
- Salary: As a store manager, you will be paid on a salary basis. Depending on your experience, you can expect to receive anything from $28,000 to as much as $52,000 a year.
- Bonuses: Bonuses are given out to main managers, and will vary depending on which store that you work with. Your bonus can range from $100 to as much as $15,000 on top of your pay annually.
- Profit Sharing: Burger King generally doesn’t deal with profit sharing.
- Stock Options: While the company is on the NYSE, you will find that they don’t offer bonuses, in forms of stock options.
Assistant Manager
- Salary: Most of the assistant managers that work here are paid on a hourly basis. The average manager is paid around $9 to as much as $13 a hour.
