Burgerville started in the year 1960’s. The company’s commitment to serve quality foods for the community is still sustained until today. Burgerville has grown into 39 restaurants in Washington and Oregon and more are in the planning stages.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Assistant Managers: This position will help to consistently provide high quality food with extraordinary guest service. Responsibilities include accountability for food cost, food quality, talent sourcing, training, safety, inventory, scheduling, restaurant operations and neighborhood marketing.  The annual salary ranges $34K to $36K.

General Manager: This person acts as owner of their assigned restaurants.   The general manager assumes responsibility for the integration of mission and performance in every aspect of the restaurants’ operation.   They possess a high level of leadership ability and are dedicated to developing themselves and their teams.   The expected monthly salary is $57K to $63K.

Dish Washer: The dishwasher is responsible in cleaning the dishes, glasses and other kitchen equipment; he is to ensure also that the kitchen area is cleaned and that the dishes are stored in the right place.   The average wage is going to start at $8 per hour.

Server: The server has the responsibilities of presenting the ordered dishes to the customers; may also take orders of foods; ensuring that the needs of the clients are attended promptly.   The average wage is going to start at $3 per hour plus tips.

Cashier:   The cashier receives the payment of the customers; he also handles the cash properly. prepares deposits and also helps in attending the customers’ needs.   The average wage is going to start at $8 per hour.
