Job Description/Wage Averages

Team Member: This position is responsible in interacting with the customers like receiving orders, process payment, respond appropriately to customer issues; he is also engaged in the preparation of products; unload and perform the stocking required; operate cash register and other duties and responsibilities assigned by the manager.   The average wage for this position is going to start at $8 per hour.

Dishwasher:   The dishwasher is going to work in the back of the kitchen ensuring that the kitchen stays clean.   You’re going to assist with washing various items such as kitchen supplies, dishes as well as assisting with other projects like mopping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms and more.   The average wage starts at $8 per hour.

Shift Coordinator: This person is responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening & closing restaurant; he will provide production direction to team members in a clear and concise way; lead the team; encourage team members to perform well; resolve customer complaints in a professional manner; make sure that the operation is in compliance of government regulations, Market Policy, food safety, and restaurant standards; report violations of safety, sanitation or security policies to restaurant management and perform short-term solutions; ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and other team members; provides checklists and procedures for cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling during shift.   The average wage for this position is going to start at $11 per hour.

Assistant Manager: This position will ensure the delivery of restaurant services according to standards; engage in managing the daily operations of a restaurant; manage financial controls, operations, employees and other company resources; he is accountable also in the absence of the general manager.     The average wage for this position is going to start at $11 per hour.
