The Cheesecake Factory opened its doors on 1971 but the roots can be traced all the way back in the late 1940’s. Oscar and Evelyn Overton used up all their savings to open the very first restaurant that bore the name The Cheesecake Factory in Los Angeles. - Salary: Executive kitchen managers get anywhere between $33,000 and $68,000 this also depend on any related experience they have.
- Bonuses: A fixed amount of $4,000 is provided as cash bonus. Keep in mind though that this depends on the owner.
- Profit Sharing: Profit sharing is not available as part of the company’s overall compensation.

Manager
- Salary: Manager’s salary starts at $45,000 to $60,000. Keep in mind that the experience is a big factor in being considered for a bigger amount.
- Bonuses: Unlike the other managerial position, managers do not get cash bonus as part of their pay.
- Profit Sharing: Owners do not share stores and this is why profit sharing is not provided to employees.
