Chick Fil A is a fast food chain headquartered in College Park, Georgia. They are well known for their chicken entrees which are mostly located in food courts of shopping malls. They have over 1,500 stores throughout the United States and have been considered as a cultural icon in the southern states.
A Chick Fil A manager’s day starts out with the checking of inventory supplies and on equipment used for daily operations. Grill and fryers must be maintained as these are the basic utilities used when cooking the chicken. A clean environment would attract more customers and would reflect on the overall value of the store.
Employees need to be in good condition and you will have to monitor the work that they do as well as addressing some of their concerns. There are also customers who may need assistance and ask for a little help so they must be guided accordingly. Questions and other concerns that cannot be addressed by staff should be attended to as well.
