Job Description/Wage Averages

Software Engineer: This key position develops useful software for the company. His responsibilities include designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages; doing Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis’ presenting Software modeling and simulation; making front end graphical user interface design; performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation. He/She will also support, maintain and document software functionality; integrate software with existing systems; assess and identify new technologies for implementation. The expected annual salary ranges $41k to $44k.

Customer Service: Customer service takes charge in dealing with customers; responding to their inquiries about products and services of the company. He/She also handles customer complaints and will be helping to find a resolution. He/She pools relevant information by phone or in person; receives orders as well. Customer service representative may explain how to use a certain product and help the customers find the products they want to buy. The expected salary average is $12 per hour.

Senior Web Developer: The person who holds this position creates efficient and logical databases for clients;  designs and codes superior technical solutions; detects system deficiencies and, implements effective solutions. He/She also performs project execution like creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; communicating and enforcing coding standards; managing resources within budget and project schedule; delivering high-quality services to clients. The expected annual salary is $77k to $83k.
