Job Description/Average Wage
Sales Associate: A Sales Associate is accountable for sustaining exceptional customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company benefits. Daily tasks and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all customer receives excellent service through providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging each customer, maintaining solid product information and all other features of customer service.
- Maintaining an alertness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Helping in floor moves, merchandising, show maintenance, and housekeeping
- Assisting in practicing and replenishing merchandise and checking floor stock.
- Aiding clients in locating merchandise.
The hourly salary for this position is around $11-$15.
General Manager: A General Manager is liable for the overall choice making of the whole department in a company. Since this position is one of the premier positions in the company, a general manager has many tasks particularly in motivating and overall overseeing of the company’s allocated department performance including its employees as well. Besides, a general manager has all of the permission in terms of decision making in a department’s performance, operations, human resource recruitment and other things related to the company including salaries and expenses.
The annual wage for this position is $77,000 to $85,000.
Sales Manager: This role is accountable for the expansion and performance of all sales activities in allocated market. Staffs and directs a sales team and gives leadership towards the achievement of utmost productivity and expansion in line with company dream and values. Launches plans and strategies to increase the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for customers and Account Executives.
Candidate for this position can expect to have an annual salary of $39,000–$42,000.
