Job Description/Wage Averages

Baker: This position is in charge in greeting all guests, taking all to-go orders, keeping a balanced register, garnishing all dessert items, maintaining a knowledge of all menu product, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all bakery products.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.

Bartender: This person has the responsibilities of making all drinks for the restaurant, greeting all bar guests and guiding them through the menu, stocking bar, putting away deliveries, controlling waste, keeping a balanced register.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour plus tips.

Busser: The busser will perform tasks such as: clearing and resetting tables, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, changing linens and rolling silverware.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.

Cocktail Server: The duties to be performed by cocktail server are: greeting and guiding guests through the menu, providing exceptional hospitality, maintaining in-depth knowledge of all bar product, completing all assigned side work.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour plus tips.

Dishwasher: This person will set up and break down of dish machine and 3-compartment sink; detail cleaning, organization and storage of small wares.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.

Host: This person has the responsibilities of greeting/seating guests, assigning pagers to guests, giving quote times, updating the status of the dining room, light cleaning and computer work.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.
