Crowne Plaza is a chain of full service, upscale hotels catering to business travelers and to the meetings and conventions market. The brand is owned by the InterContinental Hotels Group and manages in 52 countries, generally located in city centers, resorts, or near major airports.
Originally branded as “Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza”, the first United States Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza Hotel was opened in Rockville, Maryland, in 1983, within a couple of years the brand was spun off as an autonomous chain. The first Crowne Plaza Resort opened in Madeira, Portugal in 1999. Crowne Plaza once owned the Isle of Capri Casino resort chain.
Nowadays, the brand represents over 400 hotels internationally in 52 countries with 102,667 bedrooms and an expanding 129 hotels in the pipeline. In 1990, the InterContinental Hotels Group purchased the Holiday Inn family. Today its portfolio includes the luxury brand InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, the upscale boutique brand Hotel Indigo, the upscale extended stay brand Staybridge Suites, the midscale extended stay brand Candlewood Suites, and the midscale, full service brand Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts and the midscale limited service brand Holiday Inn Express.

Chef De Partie: As the Chef De Partie, you will perform duties assigned by Chef in order to provide the highest quality of food to their guests. Below are some of your daily tasks.
- Supervising, co-coordinating and participating in the preparation of all stocks, soups, sauces, daily special, Theme night preparation, banquets, roasts, cooking vegetable and any cooked food items for all kitchen outlets.
- Examines and tastes food when being cooked, ensures that food is prepared according to recipes in classical and culinary manner.
- Supplying all kitchen outlets according to inter-kitchen requisitions.
- Checks the daily menu, function sheets, par stock, to determine the type and quality of food items to be prepared.
- Prepares the demand for groceries and food items based on par stock.

This diverse, challenging role will be based in Front Office and offers great variety with regular duty management shifts. As the Guest Services Manager you will also be accountable for managing and motivating your team. You will be required to guarantee that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy. You will also be responsible for the Recruitment and Selection of your team and for managing any Employee Relations issues with the support of the Human Resources Department. You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery. Receptionist: As a Receptionist, you will make sure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times on front desk. Your key responsibilities will include check in and checkout, billing, messaging and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximize hotel sales. This job will pay an average of $7 to $13 a hour.
Accounting Manager: In this role you will help the Director of Area Finance, Director of Finance and/or Assistant Director Finance with preparation the budget, strategic plan, and goals program. Perform or assist in the performance of month-end closing and manage daily accounting activities for completion, including daily operations and assignments of accounting staff. You will input general ledger entries and journal vouchers as required and prepare tax reconciliation, payments, reports and investigation as needed while you complete monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing as required by the state, city and federal agency. Accounting Manager’s annual average salary is around $65,000 to $78,000.
