Job Description / Average Wage

Chef Patissier Remy: Provide the culinary vision that inspires and motivates Remy pastry staff to deliver an exceptional “World Class” dining experience, recognized by industry peers. Provide leadership for all direct reports while reporting to the CDC Remy. Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in area of responsibility.

Minimum of 4 years leadership experience within fine dining Patisserie with an equivalency of 1 star Michelin or greater is required. It is also a must for the candidate to have Strong Western/European fine dining training and skills and a Certified Executive Pastry Chef or equivalent degree in culinary arts. He/She must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. An annual income between $41,000-57,000 is offered for this position.

Youth Activities Manager: Responsible for the accomplishment and managing of the daily operation, guest and crew experience portions for Disney’s Oceaneer Club, Disney’s Oceaneer Lab, Aloft   and The Stack, and Flounders Reef Nursery. Aspirant must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a high volume child care operation preferably in a recreational, leisure or camp setting.   Also a minimum of 2 years of previous management experience in a related field is required. Successful aspirant’s yearly salary is in between 63,000-160,000.

Show Control Engineer: Candidate is responsible for installation, set of contacts, operation and safeguarding of all show control systems and equipment; partnering and giving leadership to the lighting and particular effects technicians in the maintenance of all show control equipment, including intelligent and generic lighting, video projection and control systems. He/She must have a minimum of 5 years linked experience, preferably in theatrical environment as Master Electrician or else Chief Electrician or in similar role as a Show Control Systems Operator. He/She must have an ability to work at heights and with heavy equipment required. Salary is within $56,000-$60,000 a year.

Assistant Merchandise Manager: Candidate must have the ability to show a passion and strong, ongoing focus towards exceeding guest satisfaction and sales goals in order to surpass incentive targets which impacts the individual, team and overall department success and with a minimum of three years retail management experience and a minimum one year leadership experience. Your expected salary in a year is $46,000.
