Accessories Manager: The Accessories Manager will be responsible for overall management and performance of his/her category by achieving sales objectives and growing the accessories business, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams and developing associates to the next level, and substitute as a brand ambassador in the local market. The annual average salary offered is $56,000-$62,000.
Operations Manager: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overall management of store’s operations, staff, merchandise and customer service. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for supporting the achievement of sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams and developing associates as needed. Understand, abide by and enforce all operational policies and procedures as dictated by the store operations manual, the human resources manual, and other related material. Manage and maintain the store facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture, registers or else other items related to the facility. This position will pay anywhere from $56,000 to $80,000 a year.
Accountant: The Senior Accountant’s principal scope is to:
- Help in the monthly close and financial reporting process.
- Process journal entries and collect supporting documentation for all entries. Perform the analysis behind the journal entries by understanding of the sub-ledger system and the underlying business process.
- Prepare all supporting schedules in assigned areas of financial reporting.
- Analyze and settle accounts related to all assigned areas on a monthly basis. Analyze account activity to classify corrections and reclassifications based on the nature of the account.
The average wage for this job is anywhere from $61,000 to $66,000 a year.
Store Director: Responsibilities include the overall management of the store, staff, and merchandise and customer service. The Store Director will also be in charge for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building extremely motivated teams and developing associates to the next level.
