History of Donut King

Donut King was first opened in Sydney in the year 1981. It has at present more than 320 stores in Australia. Job Description/Wage Averages

Customer Service: This position is responsible in giving high quality customer services to attain customer satisfaction. He/She needs to ensure that the customers’ needs are well attended and their orders are promptly served. They may answer telephone calls to explain about the products and answer inquiries of the customers. He/She must have enough knowledge as to the products and services offered by the company and how to deliver them efficiently to the customers.   The average wage can start around $8 per hour.

Cashier: This person receives the payment of the customer. The payment can be in a form of cash or through credit card. He/She must have the knowledge on how to handle cash efficiently.   You’ll also help with questions as well as assisting the other employees when there is no one at the counter.   The average wage can start around $8 per hour.

Server: This person serves the orders of the customers in the store. He/She must have knowledge about the products as well as knows how to answer questions from the customers about the product.   The average wage can start around $3 per hour, plus tips.

Store Manager: This person handles one of the store locations. He/She oversees the entire operation of the store. He/She must toe ensure that all employees are working towards the attainment of the company goals. He/She is also engaged in company planning and must set sales goals. He/She must also ensure customer satisfaction. He/She hires and trains employees too.   The average wage can start around $12 per hour.
