Job Description/Wage Averages

Sales Representative: This person is in charge in generating sales for the company. He/She performs selling activities like calling prospect clients; attend to customer needs and inquiries about the products. He/She knows how to help customers find what they need.   The average wage can start around $8   to $11 per hour.

Inventory:   Working in the back room of the store, you’ll assist with unloading trucks, pricing items as well as bringing items to the main part of the floor.   If there are any defects, it will be your job to make sure that they are sent back to corporate.       The average wage can start around $8   to $11 per hour.

Technical Designer: A technical designer prepares detailed working flowcharts and diagrams for products of Ecko. The designer generally works under the supervision of a senior manufacturing technician and discusses design options with production personnel.   He/She expects to receive $33k to $44k annually.

Designer: The designer has basic duties of conferring with sales and management executives or with clients in order to discuss design ideas; determining prices for styles; developing the products and/or accessories; directing and coordinating workers; identifying target markets for designs, looking at factors such as age, gender, and socioeconomic status; providing sample garments, purchasing new or used clothing and accessory items as needed to complete designs; researching new designs and a lot more.   Hi annual salary is $80k to $86k.

Merchandiser: The merchandiser has the duties that include: making sure that the products are sent to its designated place; checking the products before the delivering to its designated stores; planning and giving price tags on each product according to the quantity, sales, deals and demand; checking the stock products; ensuring the quality of the product, its status, appearance before sending to clients; checking and analyzing the sales of the product; and making deals with buyers and prospect buyers.   The average wage can start around $8 per hour.
