Einstein Bros. Bagels is a bagel and coffee chain in the United States operating more than 580 restaurants under its name.

Einstein Bros. is owned by a chain restaurant corporation, Boston Chicken (now Boston Market) in 1995. Now, it is owned by Einstein and Noah Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., previously known as New World Restaurant Group, which also own as Noah’s Bagels, Manhattan Bagel, Chesapeake Bagel Bakery, Willoughby’s Coffee & Tea, and New World Coffee.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Cashier:  The cashier handles the cash of the store. He/She is going to operate the cash register and receives the payment of the customers. These payments maybe in a form of cash or credit card. He/She is to accurately process bills of payment too. He/She must ensure high quality customer service. His hourly rate is in the average of $8.

Shift Manager: The Shift Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations during a shift by assigned to him. He/She must ensure that everything is in accordance to guidelines, policies and procedures of the company. The Shift Managers are also responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, coaching, training and developing team members, and managing inventory, labor and cash handling. The annual salary of this person may range between $29k to $31K.

Sales Associate: This person is in charge of sales generation of the restaurant. He/She is to respond customer inquiries in a prompt manner while marketing the products of the company. He/She is engaged in different marketing activities in order to achieve the sales goals. He/She expects to receive an hourly salary rate of $8.

Dishwasher:   Working in the kitchen, you’re going to be in charge of cleaning dishes, putting them away in the appropriate spot as well as making sure that the kitchen remains clean.   The average wage for this position can start at $8 per hour.

General Manager: The General Manager supervises all restaurant operations, develops and coaches team members, builds sales and profit while maintaining high operating standards.   He/She is to ensure guest satisfaction and food quality, and manage safety and security within the restaurant. He/She must be engage in planning, hiring and training employees. His annual salary ranges $42k to $46k.
