Job Description / Average Wage

Server / Waitress: As a server, or waitress, you’re going to ensure that the customer is happy with his/her purchase.   You will refill drinks, bring out their order, as well as ensure that their meal is cooked to perfection.   If they have any issues with their order, you will make sure that everything is at 100%.   The average wage for this position is around $2 to $5 plus tips.

Kitchen Staff / Cook: As a cook, you’re going to be helping with prep the kitchen, as well as opening, as well as closing the kitchen.   You will cook the food to company policy, as well as ensure that all food going out is cooked to the customer’s satisfaction.   The average wage is around $8 to $12 a hour.

Kitchen Manager:   Overseeing the activities in the kitchen, your sole duty is to make sure that the kitchen stays clean.   You’re going to be responsible for making sure that the employees are doing their job as well as making sure that the kitchen stays up to par.   You’ll also be in charge of assisting any employee that needs help.   The average wage can range from $11 to $15   a hour.
