Front Desk: The front-desk job is a critical role in a company. Generally, front-desk employees are the first person customers or clients speak to or interact with. The front-desk will take charge of the inn’s phone system, greet and direct guests, and the staff. He/She will also be responding to complaints, and other questions or concerns as appropriate.

Room Attendant: The room attendant is responsible for keeping the room of the inn clean and organized. He/She will attend to customer’s needs too. He/She must ensure that the room has enough supplies and free of hazards. The room attendant will also supply information to the guests about the services of the inn.

Assistant Manager:   This position coordinates the activities of hotel; assigns duties to staff and observes performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures; provides training, including safety training, to staff; maintaining cash flow sheet, direct bill accounts, credit card receipts, registration cards, reservation cards, direct bills, credit cards, assists in conducting staff meetings; adheres to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures; assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed; answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services; assists General Manager in annual wage scale surveys; ensures employee wages follow wage and salary guidelines.
