Job Description / Average Wage
Associate: You will help prep the food, ring up orders, as well as assist customers with whatever order that they want. You will answer questions, as well as make sure that the order is cooked to perfection. If they have any complaints, you will ensure that the order is cooked to perfection. The average wage is $7 to $10 a hour.

Fazoli’s interview process may be one-to-one, group, or phone job interviews depending on position you have applied for. This may take place after the series of job application process and screening.
