Founding one restaurant seems to be not enough for Paul Fleming. After P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Fleming founded another restaurant that is a total departure from Chang’s. The restaurant offers steaks and wines, he named it Fleming’s which is headquartered in Newport Beach, California and currently has 64 locations.
