Fox and Hound Restaurant Group is the owner and operator of entertainment restaurants under the Fox and Hound ® and Bailey’s brand names which offer a social gathering place offering high quality food, drinks and entertainment. The restaurants offer a broad menu of mid-priced appetizers, entrees and desserts served in generous portions. Each location provides a full-service bar and offers a wide selection imported, domestic and specialty beers.
Job Description/Wage Averages
Department Manager: As a Department Manager for Fox & Hound Restaurant Group, you are responsible for all aspects of the operation and property owned or rented by Fox & Hound Restaurant Group. You are to ensure that your unit is properly staffed; maintain the proper number of employee’s to execute “stellar” service to our guest during each shift; control hourly turnover; ensure the proper training of all employees using the Company’s established programs; perform monthly evaluations on all staff; look into overall development of all employees and ensures that every guest receives the best products and service; ensure compliance with all Company & State Health and Safety regulations; comply with all State & Local Liquor regulations; proper ordering of all merchandise to operate and execute the operation according to Company standards; ensure prompt payment of purveyors and vendors weekly and monthly; ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees; ensure guest satisfaction through our Mission Statement “Quality is our Passion”; maintaining a Productive Work Environment for all employees.
Event Coordinator: This person builds and manages event sales through outside cold calling; communicate event details with the management team; works with the General Manager to ensure maximum event sales; maintains relationships with current clients and develop new client relationships.
Server: This person deals with the guest primarily and to attend to their needs promptly. He/She has to take orders and delivers these orders accordingly. He/She has to ensure that customers are given quality services.
