Boutique Manager: As a boutique manager, you are to head the overall activities of the boutique. One of your duties is to hire qualified and interested applicants and train them to be a better manager which will soon take your place. Also, you are to take charge of maintaining the stock for the store so that you would not run out of stocks which would be a very major problem. You are also in charge in taking care of the stores security that is to include the surveillance equipments such as cameras and sensors and even security guards. You will be paid with an average wage that ranges from $30,000 – $37,000 per year.

Keyholder: As a key holder, you will be reporting to the store manager. Your main duties includes to work to prevent damaging and theft of merchandises. Also, it is your job to provide necessary information about the merchandise which includes the location, the price and its purpose. Being a keyholder holds a lot of responsibilities. You will be paid in an hourly basis which will have an average wage of $8 per hour.

Boutique Keyholder: You are expected to be paid in an hourly basis. Your job include taking in charge of the management if the manager is not around or he is not able to do things all at once. You are to participate in lots of activities. You are paid in an hourly basis with an average wage that ranges from $8 – $9 every hour.

Assistant Manager: As an assistant manager, you are expected to have good management skills since it is that skills that you will be using to help the development of the company. You will be paid in an hourly basis which totals to an average wage of $9 per hour.
