Friendly’s is a restaurant chain located in the east coast of the United States. Two young brothers, Curtis Blake and Prestley Blake, founded the company in 1935 and primarily served double dip cones. Currently, they have over 500 restaurants and currently have 16,000 employees. The company is led by Ned Lidvall as the president and CEO.

The manager for Friendly’s is hands on with several responsibilities in the restaurant. They may receive guests if there are plenty of customers walking in and lends a hand at the kitchen if things get too busy. They also have to check the inventory to make sure that there is enough stock of ingredients.

• Bonuses: The bonus structure depends on the performance and it ranges from $8,000 to $12,000.
• Profit Sharing: Much of the incentives are provided as cash bonus. Making profit sharing not available.
• Stock Options: Again, cash bonus is the main incentive provided by the company to the employees and stock options are not considered.
