Green Turtle is a sports bar and casual restaurant that combines the best of both into a different kind of bonding venue where friends and family can gather dine, watch the game, or just enjoy a some toasts of   beer in a very pleasant ambience. It offers a menu of hearty American pub food-Certified Angus Beef Burgers, a huge selection of wings and sliders, and a full menu, all at reasonable prices.

Job Description/Wage Averages

General Manager: This position must perform all functions of the restaurant including opening, mid and closing shifts and other key operation activities of the company. He/She must be able to coordinate staff and resources in a high volume environment; must possess strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude; must also be able to make raving fans of our guests, fellow associates, purveyors, investors and the communities in which the company does business.     The average wage for this position can start at $11 per hour.

Bartender: He/She will engage every Guest every time, providing them with any assistance they may need and knowledgeable answers to any questions they may have. Consistently provide beverages to recipe in a friendly Guest-first manner. He/She is also to maintain a well-presented, well-stocked, and clean beverage station.   The average wage for this position can start at $8 per hour.

Dish Washer: The dishwasher will ensure that all dishes, glasses, utensils and equipment are cleaned, sanitized and stored to maintain cleanliness.   The average wage for this position can start at $8 per hour.

Busser: This person stocks the restaurant with glassware, dishware, etc. ; polishes and stocks restaurant with silverware; ensure clean linen is on the table when resetting them; fills ice bins with ice; carry bus tubs to Dishwasher ;clean up spills and assists the servers.   The average wage for this position can start at $8 per hour.

Server: This position deals with the guest for they serve the needs or orders of the guests; provides guests with a clean, comfortable environment for their dining experience; makes sure that every guest is thanked and served excellently.   The average wage for this position can start at $2 to $3 per hour, plus tips.
